Every aspect of our lives are affected by inflation. Cruises included. Princess' belt tightening is tolerable. We shall remain loyal, at least for our next 3 paid Princess cruises. LOL

After sailing Majestic on west coast last year and being pleasantly surprised at every turn except for short beds (husband is 6'7",) Enchanted was quite a disappointment, especially the lack of care regarding gluten contamination; I became progressively more reactive and ill during the cruise, and it has taken all week to recover despite taking extra digestive enzymes. I also will not sail another ship where the electrical outlets are not next to the bed(s).

All in all a darn good cruise! Seeing the East coast for the first time was all I could have asked for.

Great scenery, some shore excursions our stop times at the sites were rushed to get back on bus!

Overall the cruise was enjoyable. The balcony room is great but small. We were lucky that the weather was delightful all the way through. The staff and service was excellent.

Do not use cruises . Com they screwed us out of 610.80 the customer service people said never book thru them only thru princess. We thought all 3 of us in which cruises . Com charged us for the package deal but princess only allowed for 2 per balcony. Had to pay this extra. Not happy about that at all. Bad experience and did not like this east coast experience. Went to a port that population only 800 per resident trying to host a ship with 3000 people not good. Bad experience try Royal Caribbean they are better!!

All in all the cruise was a 7 out of ten, maybe an 8. The ship was well run, VERY clean, had some issues with a small gym, bad location or gym and running track as well as only two decks that one could go from bow to stern. The food was "OK" at best. They need to outstanding as was the entertainment which was top notch. Best cruise director that we have ever had on all of our cruises(Jodie) she should be head of ALL cruise directors. This was only our second Princess cruise, but we would consider taking another one. We rated this up with Royal Caribbean which has always been a great cruise. They (both) are heads above Norwegian for sure. The time of year was perfect weather.

Would not be going on princess again I have 15 cruises and this one turned me away from princess

As our trip approached, I watched negative reviews roll in about Enchanted Princess and was so worried having never sailed with them before. Thankfully, I didn’t find any of what the grumblers said to be true! This cruise had some of the best service I’ve ever experienced, and I think we got a great deal on our 14 day adventure! I would absolutely sail with Princess again!

Crew are brilliant, really friendly and helpful, ship is beautiful, food was great, market place is huge, didn't get all the way around! Bar staff are cool and great, entertainment was the best ever, loved the quizzes in live lounge. Was our first princess cruise and have booked our second next year

Puerto Rico is not a good port of call. If you have been there once you have seen it all.

Wonderful food, great service, and a very friendly staff. This was only my third cruise, but my first time sailing with Princess. I will only sail Princess from now on.

We will like to have more entertainment, Latin music, dance was not available and more ship entertainment

Honestly, I have never really loved cruises on large ships. Being a sailor, and a lover of the sea, I have been enticed by friends to join a few big cruises over the years. This particular outfit, Princess, while all the others may be somewhat similar, is a huge disappointment. If you love to spend your vacation in endless lines waiting for marginally acceptable services - or just to get three or four decks up or down on the elevators that are always full - to eat food that would be on par with a school cafeteria - then this is the vacation for you! Even the specialty restaurants are not great if you are a lover of good food. The staff, while generally very friendly, are inadequately trained for their stations, and a few are outright rude. Even though we bought the highest package in terms of drinks and extras, it seemed like they had ways to pry additional money out of your pockets. Yes, it’s a business, I get that. But anyone who wants to taste a luxury experience at sea, unless you are used to trailer park living, will find this feeble attempt at creating an enjoyable at-sea experience disappointing, to say the least. The pools are so packed with people that the water color is that of a petrie dish infused with God knows what. To get a drink? Better be prepared to wait in line for 15 or 20 minutes. I remember when you could get good food on a cruise ship in the main dining rooms. Here, the quality of the food is like lipstick on a pig - dressed up to look fancy, but extremely poor quality. Anyway, if you like peace and quiet and the sea, you will be so better served (as will Planet Earth) if you travel somewhere nice, and stay on the seaside for a week or two. Why anyone would choose to put themselves through this kind of experience and call it a vacation is beyond me! Anyway, it’s nice to pack once and see different ports, of course. But seasoned travels will tell you that it’s so much better to pick a place and really get to know it, than to flit around getting a small taste, lacking any significant impressions of depth of experience. If all you want is a surface level experience, long lines, mediocre food, and huge crowds crammed into small spaces, then maybe this is your ideal vacation!

Cruise was great. Staff was friendly. Ports were great. Did purchase the princess plus package which was worth it. All in all was a great way for my wife and I to celebrate of 14th anniversary. Already looking into another cruise with princess

Wonderful first experience with Princess. Will definitely consider them again for future cruises. We really liked the Princess Plus, though we don't really drink much in terms of soda or alcohol. The all-inclusiveness of this feature makes cruising pretty worry-free. Enchanted Princess is a beautiful, well-maintained ship and any day that I don't have to cook or clean for myself is a great one.

This was my first time sailing on Princess. Overall I would rate my cruise experience about 3.5 stars. The ship itself is beautiful and there are many venues and events to choose from onboard but I sometimes found myself feeling board which is a first for me and I’ve been on many cruises. The food was amazing and that’s probably the only area I would rate 5 stars
