Review summary

Do not use cruises . Com they screwed us out of 610.80 the customer service people said never book thru them only thru princess. We thought all 3 of us in which cruises . Com charged us for the package deal but princess only allowed for 2 per balcony. Had to pay this extra. Not happy about that at all. Bad experience and did not like this east coast experience. Went to a port that population only 800 per resident trying to host a ship with 3000 people not good. Bad experience try Royal Caribbean they are better!!

Not what I wanted. I love have loved to be able to have walkway all around ship. Not good entertainment. Never cruise princess again. Loved the medallion

Was slow as we caught bus to airport had delay of hour and some people was going to miss there flights and worker handling this said he couldn’t help that. Really!!!

I’m calling BS on this review as I’ve cruised on the Enchanted numerous times (& will be again next month) & have NEVER had the issues on this review! Also, saying there’s nothing to do in Halifax is just dumb. Having been there on a cruise numerous times, you can literally spend the day taking in all the spots along the waterfront. Many, many shops, restaurants, museums etc. Also, this reviewer has NO cruises or any other entries in their profile. Gotta be a bot, & a complete waste of our collective time. Take your unsubstantiated whining elsewhere!
