We did not feel that the crew members did enough to win our service, so we can tip them more. This is our first time with princess and we did not feel appreciate or warm welcome. Other ships go beyond expectations.

Thanks for the review but it would be helpful when making a comparison to state what you are comparing to. What are the other lines you say have better service? Are you comparing to Ultra Luxury lines?

Funny, I just sailed on this ship at the beginning of July and there was TONS of entertainment daily and I had no issues with poor staff service or interaction. Maybe it's just you.
