The cruise was wonderful even with the rainy days. We only had a few rough spots due to not being able to walk up and down stairs.

We had a slow and relaxing 7 days cruise. This was what we expected.

We had previously been on a Carnival cruise. It felt like there were more activities and shops onboard Carnival, but this cruise was more relaxing. I really enjoyed Dine My Way and the International Cafe. The New York cheesecake was wonderful.

Although the ship was full it rarely felt crowded. The ship and the people were amazing.

The English speaking cruise guests were a minority and the very large Chinese contingency was lacking in politeness and need to use their indoor voice level more often. This elevated din on a sold out cruise really detracted from our enjoyment. The prolific saving of seats for large groups was evident and not addressed by crew.

I would choose a different ship, if I could. The ships age showed and the food at the buffet was dismal. We overlooked the ship's age and food choices because we wanted to do this itinerary. The Itinerary was everything we expected and more. Ship!!!! Not so much.

Never cruised Princes before enjoyed it the food was great and the entertainment was as well just have to watch out what is charged to your account

Overall, it was a wonderful and very relaxing cruise. We were hesitant about going on a longer cruise, especially many days at sea, but were pleasantly surprised that we had plenty to do, and it was what we needed - anniversary vacation. In addition, we heard that it was 100% booked and Princess even offered us a good incentive if we could give up our cruise/cabin, but we decided not to take the offer. So, we were concerned it might be too crowded, but it did not feel crowded except for when attending some of the bigger shows. Those you have to go early like 20-30 minutes before; otherwise, you won't get good or any seats.

I have been on over 20 Princess cruises and this was one of my least favorite ships.

EMBARKATION SUCKED, WIFES MEDALLION RARELY WORKED, APP WAS INCONSISTENT AND FOOD/BAR ORDERS NEVER CAME OR WERE CANCELLED....OF COURSE I WAS CHARGED EVEN THOUGH I HAD PREMIER PACKAGE. RESERVATIONS WERE POINTLESS, LINES FOR MDR WERE ENDLESS (WITH RESERVATIONS) AND WIFE BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED ON HER B-DAY CRUISE. HONESTLY, SO MUCH MORE BUT I THINK I MADE MY POINT.

We loved our cruise and look forward to cruising with Princess again.

Overall, the cruise was not all that bad. Very limited in the shopping experience (Limited to five stores) food was ok, but could of used different menu items throughout the cruise, and they need a little more training for their managers, not responding to customer requests to talk to them. With all this, I do not feel I will be back to this cruise line. There are others out there that provide a better exp.

Overall it was a very relaxing cruise. We just had issues in Cabo and not wanting to risk anything because it's Mexico. Our steward for the room was really sweet and attentive.

Wonderful trip! Had fun both on and off the ship. Crew very helpful and friendly.

Spent the most on Princess and worst experience

If we had to do it all over again, we would not. The days at Sea were very cool in the 60s very little deck time to enjoy the sun. The staff was not very customer centered. Everything was pretty much self service or you had to buy into activities. Not much to do on the ship, the islands were fabulous but next time we will just take a land trip and not cruise very disappointed in princess, they did not live up to our previous expectations

It wasn't the best cruise we've ever been on but it wasn't terrible. The staff was amazing and our cabin attendant was AWESOME...he really took care of us!!

I enjoyed the first part of my cruise. It ended badly because of catching Covid onboard, and then being quarantined. I was feeling great when I boarded and had zero signs of illness. Perhaps passengers should have their temperatures taken or some simple way of proving that they are not ill when they board. I was definitely not the only person who came down with Covid. The crew puts a small ottoman in front of your cabin door when you are quarantined. They place your meals and your clean towels on this ottoman. My husband, who did not catch Covid, saw several of these ottomans in front of other cabin doors. Someone came on board with Covid.

We’re very experienced cruisers and this was the worst service. Took 45 minutes to get drinks. Staff was not friendly. Ship seemed short staffed. Our cabin should not have been in service due to its condition. We will not sail Princess again and I advise anyone else against it. This was our 5th Princess cruise. And last.
