Call the place where you booked the cruise (if you used a booking service or person-there name is listed on an email on your reservations), they can be very helpful. I needed a letter, and it took 3+ months to get after many, many calls and emails. If you require immediate assistance, please call: 1-800-774-6237 and reference your booking number. OR email... customerrelations@princesscruises.com Hope this helps.... Good luck!
