Review summary

Overall, the cruise was not all that bad. Very limited in the shopping experience (Limited to five stores) food was ok, but could of used different menu items throughout the cruise, and they need a little more training for their managers, not responding to customer requests to talk to them. With all this, I do not feel I will be back to this cruise line. There are others out there that provide a better exp.

We found that there was not much different in the selection of the food throughout the 5 days. Most of the food in the buffet is overcooked and bland.

So, this is a hard one. I would of scored this a 5 star... However, we had a problem with our stateroom and took over 7 hours to get taken care of, even after multiple calls to the different departments, talking with the stateroom attendant, and even walking down and talking directly to the concierge. After 7 hours we asked to talk to the deck or department manager and no one showed and when the stateroom attendant came back he was pretty combative.

Can you give us any information on what your issue was with the stateroom? It seems it was a big deal to you but not to anyone else. If we knew what it was, we might sympathize with you. Did you not have any water, or did you not like the color of your sheets?
