Buffets were terrible. Hot food was always cold. Every morning I asked for a Diet Coke, I was always done or close to being done before I got it. Pastries were dry and chewy. One day it was so hard I hit it on my plate and the people at the next table heard it.

First time we walked onto our room we had twin beds
It took 3 calls get it fixed. When he.finally came he asked if we were sure we wanted a queen, he said because most married couples want twin beds. We didn't get the coupons that we were suppose to get, it took 2 calls for that and 2 calls for the robes we were suppose to get
Loved it. Excursions were great except Sausalito, had minimal time there and we were told we best get lunch there because we wouldn't have a chance before alcatraz
Spent $35 on 2 sandwiches with stale bread we couldn't even eat and 2 soft drinks
The rest of the excursions were great.
Went to LaJolla, not impressed. Balboa park, had just enough time to use the restroom and hunt the bus down. It wasn't where they said it was going to be.
Rode over an hour to some little village to see the blowhole, not impressed and was constantly hounded by the store owners was awful. We did get some delicious tequila and had great Tacos
The only reason I gave 2 stars.
Just glad to be done with the cruise. The most money i have ever spent on a cruise. Been on Celebrity. Royal Caribbean and Viking. Spent the most and the worst cruise ever. Roo
