The ship was spotless and the crew made great efforts towards cleanliness. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location of our cabin and cruise were disappointing for our group. We wanted to spend time with family and share activities with them but the cold windy weather closed down the pool areas. Great trip for adults but not kids. 5 days on a ship with limited family activities and only 3 remote port options is not the best option for our young family

We met our children and grandchildren for this cruise. We have been on many cruise ships and this was our first Disney cruise. I was very impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The kids had a great time and we made wonderful memories together.

The cruise had many of the special touches Disney is famous for, but the food and drink were not up to par. I would not recommend this itinerary because the seas are so rough coming out of Vancouver and well into Oregon so early in the year. I want to give the ship another try on a different itinerary because I think it has great potential under better circumstances.

We enjoyed it and we're planning to do it again maybe another disney cruise. My kids (boys) 8 and 6 years old had a great time at the kids club, food, snacks, pirate night, and dancing with the characters.

Food could have been better for but there is no way to express this on the cruise survey they provide you at the end because your servers tell you that "food quality" actually means "how good were my recommendations for you" which is absolute bogus because now you're guilt-tripped into saying the food was excellent when it really was not.

Good for little kids and Disney fanatics (of all ages). This was my wife's and I first Disney cruise. We wanted to see what the fuss was all about and whether we would want to spend money on a future Disney cruise for our grandkids. Not convince this would be the best use of our funds.

The cruise was wonderful and relaxing! We were not sure about it since we did not take any kids, but quickly learned that adults will enjoy the cruise as well. Disney everywhere! I highly recommend the cruise and I know that we will take another cruise with Disney when we have the chance!

We had the best vacation. We had exceptional service all around. Booked our next cruise! We know we had less ppl on board which made it exceptionally better!!

Overall good. Pricy for limited attractions. Very good for small children. Service team were awesome. They were Very attentive and helpful.

As stated everything was wonderful had an amazing time.

Only issue was unexpected and not like Disney, breakfast buffet was not good.

This was the 15th Disney cruise that our family has taken. The changes implemented due to COVID response have created an experience that is not worth the relatively higher cost of a Disney Cruise. The kids clubs, pools, character experiences, and activities that make a Disney cruise worth it are all reduced, eliminated, or highly regulated. The food, wait staff, and bartenders remain the best, but this does not make up for all the other reductions. Our advice is to hold off taking a Disney Cruise until these protocols are relaxed or reversed.

Disney is the best we’ve cruised 4 other carriers and Disney is the best hands down. Had a wonderful, magical time with our 4 yr old granddaughter. Thank you

Nice and relaxing. Good quality food, Mostly excellent service. Dawe's glacier port adventure should not be offered since the you can see the glacier from the cruise and the nice staff offers you hot chocolate while the ones who paid several hundreds of dollars for this port adventure were not that impressed. I wished they would have noted that we would still be able to see the glacier from the cruise and only select this port adventure if you need to see it a little closer. Good option for a photographer that needs to be really close for a photo in your portfolio.

We've sailed the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Hawaii, but this 7-day Disney cruise to Alaska is our all time favorite so far. We will definitely be booking this cruise again. I heard there is a 10-day Alaskan cruise coming up. Count me in!

Overall it was a good experience. It cured the desire to do a Disney cruise. Won't find it necessary to do again but don't regret going.

By far the best cruise I’ve ever been on. Service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced, the whole week felt like a dream!!!!

Great cruise overall. Perfect for families. Disney always puts great shows and the staff were incredible. My kids loved the kids clubs.
