Can’t wait for our next Disney Cruise! Disney does cruising right!

The San Diego terminal needs some serious improvements. While I understand that the terminal is not a Disney owned building, I’ve come to expect more. I’m probably just spoiled by other Disney experiences. The individual that checked my family in didn’t appear to have received or retained training. He was very confused and took a very long time with frequent questions for his supervisor and others around him.

Our daughter enjoyed the club/lab but did say that the club appeared more oriented towards younger children than on other cruises we have been on. She is 9 so I’m not sure how much her experience is jaded by her pending maturity! Hahahaha.

Service and Staff

Room host was excellent. Head server was incredible. Lead server and assistant server were good. They were a little slow with refills and seemed to be overly tasked.
