Review summary

The cruise was wonderful and relaxing! We were not sure about it since we did not take any kids, but quickly learned that adults will enjoy the cruise as well. Disney everywhere! I highly recommend the cruise and I know that we will take another cruise with Disney when we have the chance!

Embarkation

smooth and easy, with plenty of help along the way

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Customer service was excellent! Each of the dining rooms were spacious and offer a wide range of foods that fit any diet. Ordering was easy with dedicated servers for the whole cruise. They learned and used our names and made sure that if we had dietary restrictions, we could still enjoy the fine food. The breakfast buffet was full of great tasting food with plenty of variety.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Arrival party was great with awesome music and great fun! We played bingo, and watched a movie on the pool deck. There was always some activity to attend if you wanted and all were fun and entertaining. We even had fireworks for the Pirates of the Caribbean party.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
We did not have any children with us, but from the parents we met and the activities we saw the kids were well taken care of.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The waiters, room stewards and all personnel on the ship were accommodating and remembered our names and preferences during the cruise.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
All rooms were easy to find just using the maps posted on the bulkheads. The ship was clean and had handwashing stations and hand sanitizer stations in common areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was awesome! We had a huge porthole to see outside and the room was spacious and had plenty of storage. Also, we did not use, but there was a hideaway bunk bed and the sofa was a pull out bed, so would accommodate a few more people if needed.

Ship tip

Be ready for a lot of kids of course! But this was nice for my wife and I even with no kids. There are places onboard for 18+ so can easily find quiet adult areas.

Ports of call

San Diego, California

5 out of 5
We live here in San Diego, so we love it!

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
Had plenty of time to visit the area and a museum. Shopping was abundant and we also did a cruise on a semi-submersible boat to watch the fish under the water.

Ensenada, Mexico

5 out of 5
The port was safe and clean and had security for ease of mind. The port excursion team was helpful and made sure that we could easily find our vans for a trip to the La Befadora and shopping was plentiful! Be ready to be overrun by people trying to get you to buy items from their shops. The food and tequila were awesome!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy to disembark, but only thing I wish was different was the long lines to leave the ship. But overall it was smooth.
