Disney Cruise line does everything to accommodate their guests. My granddaughter had a great time and was entertained. She made friends and took photos with all her favorite characters.

Manhattan Cruise Terminal is very easy to navigate to, parking and getting to the ship we’re both easy and quick. The ship was wonderful, clean with lots to do! We decided to try deck 2 this time and LOVED it. It is so easy to get on/off at ports, the elevators were always empty when we wanted to hit the pool or cabanas, it was a quick run up the stairs for dinner and theaters. The food was great, we had several diet restrictions between us and never had any difficulty finding safe food. Kids didn’t love the oceaneers club, they were a bit bored and preferred the pools and sports area. Bermuda was beautiful, it felt very safe and was easy to navigate.

I found the service to be ok. Food was not "bad" just not good. Cooked well but everything was flavorless. I did not feel the Disney "Magic" on this cruise. Have sailed other lines and feel DCL was not worth the additional cost. Had better service and much better food on other lines.

I complain about some noise and some stuff not go to treatment but I didn’t like the way the customer service answer me I have to come back again and begging for my right but almost Theye do nothing

This was our first cruise and we were very impressed with the service, quality of the ship and food. As a gay couple we didn't have kids and found that our cruise didn't seem to have all that many of them on board as people we spoke to were also couples without kids, I think the most we saw them was at breakfast as late dinner and early shows didn't have many either and in the daytime I guess they were in kids clubs. The entertainment was great, the woman who's name I think is Teaser who runs the evening entertainment was great fun as we're the entertainment staff such as His who always seemed to bump into us around the ship. We got a balcony room but spent about an hour using it in 5 days so we decided for our transatlantic cruise to go for an inside room as the extra cost wasn't worth it for us. The room was very nice but we used it for sleeping and getting showered and changed before shows/diner. The ports were a mixed bunch. Nassau is just a tacky place with nasty aggressive people everywhere and Atlantis is of no interest to us as we have been to lots of waterpark type places and it looks poor value for what it is. Key West is ok, I have been there a couple of times for weekends but arriving on a Sunday morning things were closed for a couple of hours and the place seemed sleepy. Castaway Cay is beautiful and we had great weather. Overall we loved the ship so much we booked a second cruise while on board which gave us 10% discount and some OBC for the next cruise.

Very disappointed for the price. I was expecting something much better. My advice is that if you don't have little kids. Don't do this type of cruise. Is boring, not much to do other than movies or Disney shows.

Dining crew outstanding and engaging with my 6 year old daughter and daughter near same age with our dining table mates. Cleaning staff for our cabin also was outstanding. The only area for improvement is that, while the Princess Tea Party was a memorable experience for my 6 year old and wife (cupcakes were tailored to my daughter's favorite princess), the only princess doll given as a gift was Cinderella. Going a step further with offering dolls with different ethnicities, based on the guest's favorite princess, would have been a good gesture. Thanks.

The ship was amazing!! Better than I expected! This was our fourth Disney Cruise and we have been on the Fantasy 3 times. Coming from a bigger ship, I expected the Magic to be just okay. But the staff was excellent! Food was amazing! Entertainment couldn’t be better! Can’t wait to see if we can get back on the Magic!!

It was beyond amazing and we will definitely be doing another disney cruise in our future.

The value is worth the money! Castaway Cay and the musical shows on board (Twice Charmed and Rapunzel Before EverAfter) are must watch!

Great trip and all the kids in our group loved it. Dinner was well above what we expected, both quality and service wise. Plamen was a head server. Great guy. He and his assistant were wonderful to the kids the whole time. Roy took great care of us in our stateroom. It was always clean and tidy and he always had a smile on his face even though they work some long hours. Great guy.

It’s Disney, what’s not to like. Spring break cruise with just my daughter and I. We had an amazing time!

I expected more, the restaurants too crowded, long waits, only one option after everything closed, pizza and cheat ice cream, very disappointing. Too crowded everywhere.

We traveled with 6 other family members. Spending time with them on the Disney Magic was priceless. 2 of our travel mates were children. We enjoyed most everything about the cruise except the dining experience (food/staff/time) & on 1 occasion we were the second party to be seated and one of the last to finish. Compared to other cruise lines we feel Disney was overpriced.
