Review summary

Great trip and all the kids in our group loved it. Dinner was well above what we expected, both quality and service wise. Plamen was a head server. Great guy. He and his assistant were wonderful to the kids the whole time. Roy took great care of us in our stateroom. It was always clean and tidy and he always had a smile on his face even though they work some long hours. Great guy.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Small wait but overall not too long to get on the ship (1+ hr)

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
5 stars is for the night time dinner. The buffets were just ordinary but the dinners made up for it.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The kids really liked the pool and Disney kids club

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Saw 1 show on the boat (Tangled) but it was excellent

Children's Programs

5 out of 5

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Plamen in the dining room and Roy for our stateroom took great care of us.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Older ship (1998) but very well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Bigger than we thought initially bc it lived well even with 4 of us in it. Spotless.

Ship tip

Don't pay for money to go hang out on Atlantis' beach. You will spend the next day on Disney own island which is so much better

Ports of call

Key West, Florida

4 out of 5
It's Key West. Walking distance to shops and bars

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Don't pay for the beach interaction but the kids loved the aquarium at Atlantis

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

5 out of 5
Excellent day overall. Lots to do. Plenty of chairs and you don't feel crowded even with the whole ship on the same island.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Ate breakfast and then we were done and off. Smooth overall

I agree.. LOVE Disney cruises.. The shows, food, rooms and service top notch with us. It isn’t just for kids. Haven’t found a ship yet that has compared, but we keep trying😊
