Review summary

It’s Disney, what’s not to like. Spring break cruise with just my daughter and I. We had an amazing time!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Simple check in, got to meet Minnie before we got on the ship. Organized boarding.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Love the rotational. The Disney Magic has a new MDR, Rapunzels, and it is the best. As a Vegan, I was very catered to and ate outstanding food.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We got to see the premiere of Dumbo, which was fun. The broadway style shows are amazing. The Magic has the aqua dunk, which was not my daughter’s favorite, but, she spent time watching movies from the pool and spending time in the kids’ club. Interaction with the Disney characters is always fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
It’s DISNEY! Do we need to say more?

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My daughter loves the kids’ club. So many different things to do to keep entertained.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Disney has to be the cleanest cruise line I have ever sailed.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was chosen by Disney. It was a handicap accessible room so it had a larger bathroom and balcony. The room itself was Aft, so there was some vibration coming in and out of ports.

Ship tip

Just enjoy it! It is what YOU make of it. So much to do...don’t over plan it.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida Did not visit port

We left from Miami

Key West, Florida

Wish it was a little bit of a longer stay. We did a tour around the island and went to the aquarium. It is a great port to just walk around and see the sites. No excursion really needed.

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

Been there, done that. Took advantage of less people on the ship.

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

5 out of 5
Love Castaway. My daughter spent some time in the kids’ club. I went to the adult area. We ate lunch and went back to the ship early to enjoy the quietness of the ship.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We ate breakfast at the MDR and got off the ship easily.
