Enjoy the ship as much as you would the ports. There are great shows, social events, and educational opportunities onboard that you should take advantage of. Meet as many people as you can and make new friends from around the world.

Wonderful ship. Review the ship layout prior to exploration on the ship and discover new places and venues, such as the wonderful outdoor seating, pool and views at the stern of the ship. Did you know that the port (left) side of the ship has a red color woven in and that the starboard side has a green strip? Use this to determine where your stateroom is, port or starboard, when getting off the various elevators.

Do your homework ahead of time knowing the layout of the ship. Then you won't be constantly lost and will be able to discover all the wonderful venues the ship has to offer. Oh, and let the people out of the elevator before you try and squeeze in!

Buy the soda and more package and order your alcohol by the bottle from room service and then mix your own drinks. It’s about one-third the price of buying drinks at the bars.

Always take the steps and book a cabin in the middle floors. That way you work off more calories and can indulge in more of what you like to eat. By doing this, I never gain weight on cruises.

Overall the Crown is a nice size, not too big, not too small, and comfortable for the number of guest passengers. Several pools and numerous areas to just kick back, unplug, and relax.

The adagio bar next to savage is was always empty and is a great place to just sit and read a book or play some card games with friends.

I'd bring protein bars or something if you are going on any of the excursions, as even if they give you lunch, it may be at an odd time (2pm) or not something you feel comfortable eating. This is true of any ship, but since this ship's itinerary took us two places with possible longer excursions (Cozumel & Belize City), it was particularly true.

Don't miss fish and chips in wheelhouse bar . Much better than you think. They have New Castle on tap too.
