The Crown Princess is a beauty. If your looking to relax then give her a sail. The staff from embark, service desk, excursion desk, future cruise and all the restaurants are very friendly. The crowd is a very mature crowd, but they come to have fun!!

The embark process was fast and accurate. If you are traveling without a passport make sure your document line up with what you put in the system. The representative was friendly and even joked with us.

The food was very good. We loved the hamburger station. One day the line was really long but we received our burgers, fries, and brats within 5 minutes. The pizza station was also good. The buffets offer soooo many different option all day that you didn’t have to eat the same thing every meal or day. I loved the grits for breakfast and my husband loved the specialty omelettes.

The spa was not only beautiful it was a place of peace and tranquillity. We scheduled the couples steam room, and did not know what to expect. After it was explained to us we really enjoyed it. We loved it so much we then scheduled a couples massage for our last day. Wow we walked out feeling very relaxed and appreciated by the staff.

We didn’t know what to expect and where not totally prepared to take pictures, but the staff did a great job on the photos we did take. We loved all the pictures but only took a few. The staff was awesome!

The ship is absolutely beautiful! My husband is a tall guy and he felt comfortable. He would say if they could just make the hallway ceiling a little taller for the 6’ feet guys! The staff kept the ship sparkling and clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Didn’t know what to expect with an inside cabin with a husband that is 6’10. His only complaint was the shower was not big enough. As a short (5’3) I would say the shower was a little tight. Other than that the cabin was roomier than we expected. We didn’t spen much time in it!
Ship tip
Enjoy the ship as much as you would the ports. There are great shows, social events, and educational opportunities onboard that you should take advantage of. Meet as many people as you can and make new friends from around the world.
We did an all inclusive beach. The service and the food was great. The water was the best part. To have the fish swimming at your feet was an experience. We actually meet some of our shipmates and enjoyed a few laughs with them. We took the time to talk to other cruisers and find out about there ship and ther destinations as well.
We did a few things here. Snorkeling at 9:30am was just a WoW for us! The water was a little rough but the experience was one we will bring our son to see soon. We experienced a sea lion show that was entertaining. Also learned about tequila, and how it is made. We did wave runners to end our time in this beautiful city. Overall we had a good time and laughed so much. We really where like kids in Cozumel.
Disembark was not as smooth as the embark experience. It was not until after our disembarked time that we where informed that the ship was 15 minutes behind. We also where not aware of where we were supposed to wait. We overshopped and had a few heavy bag to carry so it was a little annoying.
