Wonderful staff mostly. Fun activities. Good food - although not as vegetarian friendly as I'd like. That said, ver accommodating in the dining room when possible. Attractive boat. Entertainment eh - although I didn't do the music stuff, so maybe it's good?? Lots of bars.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first cruise and Alaska was the perfect place. Princess line fit our needs completely, so would cruise with them again. Also, enjoyed my Marriott additional benefits on this booking.

The cruise was better than I expected. Room was nice and weather was great. Staff was friendly.

Overall, the cruise was great, only because we had great weather for about 7 out of 11 days; minimal to little rain was experienced which made the walking, the tours and excursions better to best! Post cruise, I would have taken this cruise tour out of Seattle instead of Vancouver due to logistics getting in and out of Vancouver and time of embarkation and disembarkation, and to by pass Victoria port a call

This cruise was great for food, customer service and destinations, but was terrible for onboard activities and entertainment. They need to expand their activities to appeal to young adults. If you're not into bingo,trivia or lectures you will have nothing to do onboard during the day.

Great destination coupled with the amazing glacier bay day. Dinner crew was amazing and was one of the highlights on the ship. Breakfast was really inconvenient due to limited variety and time restaurant is open. Room steward was really struggling with all workload. Nothing to do in Ketchikan - perhaps there are better ports or longer time in others. Great vacation overall. Comments are aiming to improve.

I think the medallion needs some work. I liked that it allowed for easy access on and off the ship/ in and out of the room. But using it other than that took too much time and effort! Example: I spent about 2 hours trying to figure out how to upload photos! No directions that I could find. Same with making dinner reservations.

Every aspect was very good. Most of them were Excellent. My suggestions: Add music, movies etc. of different languages like Hindi, Chinese, Spanish, French etc. For new comers advertise properly.

Terrible cruise experience, main dining food is bland. Service is slow. Tables empty but long waiting lines.

Highlight was the Chefs dinner ... great wines ... fantastic food. Wine paring lunch was very interesting ... some of the food was interesting ... some of wines superb. Good Spirits was a hit. Product knowledge and delivery outstanding.

I did plenty of research about an Alaskan cruise and I’m glad I did.

It was a bit chilly , but we managed sunshine for the most part during the port excursions.

The cruise is designed for mass marketing and you get what you pay for. The ship seems very big, with a confusing layout, and very little cultural or informational talks are offered-not even port talks the night before.

Foods at Buffets and Dinning rooms are wholesome except Pan cakes,wafers are terrible .Need change recipe.wish Buffets open until midnight or 11 pm for night owls after Dancing late. Pizza no taste .Need improve with more cheese and toppings and need stay open pass mid night. Sandwiches were a waste...nothing taste good.

Overall I would not cruise with Princess again. The food quality was sub standard. Some of the things we got were obviously pre packaged and frozen items we could get at home from Costco. The activities were repetitive. The production shows were nothing any of us were interested in.

Very Good Cruise for the money, excellent Cruise, good service.

Ship arrived late for boarding. Miss 2 of the 4 islands due to captain discretionary call sea swells and most passengers limited mobility and age.
