Pros and Cons
The cruise staff was amazing. The crusts elf was awful. Our itinerary was changed 5 times. Our excursions were canceled. I didn’t pay that kind of money to stay on ship and play board games. Major ports were also cancelled. Very disappointing!!!
Crown was a major disappointment, go to Alaska, just not this broken ship!
