Review summary

We received an email 8 days before departure that the ship had major mechanical problems and could only go half speed. This changed everything. Long times at sea and very short time in ports. When we got to our room there was a notice that we would not go Juneau or Icy Strait. They gave us $100 and 20% FCC. Alaska is beautiful. Avoid the Crown!

Due broken ship, train ride was short and did not go to White Pass or Yukon, we did get a partial refund. Most excursions were cancelled due to short time in port.
