Review summary

We received an email 8 days before departure that the ship had major mechanical problems and could only go half speed. This changed everything. Long times at sea and very short time in ports. When we got to our room there was a notice that we would not go Juneau or Icy Strait. They gave us $100 and 20% FCC. Alaska is beautiful. Avoid the Crown!

I loved the Crown Princess in 2018 but l agree...time to either fix em up or sell them.

They should have canceled cruises on this ship until the necessary repairs can be completed.

Pros and Cons
The cruise staff was amazing. The crusts elf was awful. Our itinerary was changed 5 times. Our excursions were canceled. I didn’t pay that kind of money to stay on ship and play board games. Major ports were also cancelled. Very disappointing!!!
