Disappointed and changed my view of cruising. Was our first cruise and definitely our last cruise. The only positives : the deserts, cakes and croissants were delicious but otherwise definitely not the standard I expected. The Crown Grill also left a lot to be desired. Staff were gracious and polite but never again!

food : the only good thing I can say is that deserts, cakes and croissants were delicious but otherwise food repetitive and canteen standard. Meat in any form was too tough to chew and we all resorted to skipping dinner in the Botticelli restaurant and picking on a few things daily, like chips, burgers and pizza from the pool bar. Definitely not the standard I expected. The Crown Grill also left a lot to be desired. Staff were gracious and polite though.

Staff were gracious and polite. Room service poor, had to ask for our sheets to be changed. Poor cleanliness of bathroom.

Bed linen old, yellowing and torn. Duvet cover too small for duvet so not full coverage, looked horrible and not pleasant to sleep in. Glass balcony doors and balcony glass greasy and smeared, needed cleaning. Mattresses sunken and needed throwing out and replacing.
Wow, who died and made you the judge? Didn’t go to the pool because of obese and infirm people? I thought you were in a wheel chair? I’m glad you won’t be cruising again, need happy people on the ship.
I wouldn't stop cruising because of this. Ive been on 5 and they are the best vacations ever. Maybe this wasn't the cruise line/ship for you. Theres many lines and ships out there and you should definitely try again another time
