Dont do yhe Spa. Its a rip off. They try to sell you products for the first half of your session. Worst management and service i have ever seen...
This is a ship that leans more to European customers than american customers.
Great ship - enjoy your trip but be prepared to pay extra for drinks (coffee, tea, juices, water, ice cream and pizza()
practice your Italian
It's an Italian cruise lines, do not expect American quality!
Staff are not friendly but you can find someone who is nice and enjoy the rest of the cruise.
Great if you speak the ltalian as most entertainment was predominately catering to it. Restaurants, bars were no problem with English that we use. Little disappointed in variety of food offerings, not much outside of buffet for choices. Spa was nice, you have to pay for it so less crowds.
Think below average Carnival ship with 98% Europeans on board.
Learn basic words in other languages (please, thank you, water, bathroom, costs, etc.).
The ship was newer and very nice. Lots of families on board. People from every nation. Most crew members spoke several languages very well (I'm jealous of this skill).
A generous on-board credit gave us an opportunity to buy some nice gifts for our grandchildren.
REALLY BAD, REALLY CROWDED, REALLY NOISY, NOBODY WATCHES THEIR CHILDREN
All though the ships is very big very is easy to navigate!
