Dont do yhe Spa. Its a rip off. They try to sell you products for the first half of your session. Worst management and service i have ever seen...
This was our first Mediterranean cruise. I don't think we realized that ship wide broadcasts would be repeated in 5 different languages. This ship also picks up new people at each port, so the ship's safety procedures were broadcast each time.
Very European experience. Not at all like a Royal Caribbean or other Western Cruise line.
Check out the information each day more thoroughly! We missed out on a lot of shows. Also, we were disappointed in several of the tours, as they were cancelled and we had to take different tours.
don't expect what you use to get in the dining room and while the buffet is often hot, it's not how we like to enjoy our meals.

This is a ship that leans more to European customers than american customers.

It's an Italian cruise lines, do not expect American quality!
Staff are not friendly but you can find someone who is nice and enjoy the rest of the cruise.
Great if you speak the ltalian as most entertainment was predominately catering to it. Restaurants, bars were no problem with English that we use. Little disappointed in variety of food offerings, not much outside of buffet for choices. Spa was nice, you have to pay for it so less crowds.
Think below average Carnival ship with 98% Europeans on board.
Learn basic words in other languages (please, thank you, water, bathroom, costs, etc.).
The ship was newer and very nice. Lots of families on board. People from every nation. Most crew members spoke several languages very well (I'm jealous of this skill).
A generous on-board credit gave us an opportunity to buy some nice gifts for our grandchildren.
