Review summary

Staff was great. Turned off by restaurant and bar packages. Statement drapes torn and had holes, shabby. Big screen on deck was used for ads. No menus until dinner. Normal place for menus outside main restaurant was used for ads for other restaurants you have to pay for. Dinner menu varied every nite but menu did not reflect actual dish. Crepes were thick and served in a soup bowl covered with cheese sauce. The chef cannot make gnocchi . Spanakopita was a spinach pop-tart. Shore time at some ports was 6 hours. Crew was not happy with Costa. Lost one crew member in the middle of the Atlantic .

I hesitate to cruise Costa because the Concordia disaster, even though that was human error. Actually, thick crepes with cheese sounds good.

WOW! Another Cruiser on this cruise gave it 1 star for many of the same reasons . . . The Costa Concordia disaster must really be dinning into their pockets!!!!
