I would not recommend any sail with Celebrity Cruises just based on my experience with their customer service/guest relations department, particularly if you are booking with family.

The feel on board this ship was different than any other Celebrity cruise we’ve taken. The music at the pool was loud and rocking! We actually enjoyed that! Way more children on this 5 day cruise than you would typically find on Celebrity. I think we have decided no more short cruises out of Miami. The short cruises out of Port Canaveral are more to our liking!

Seating in the lounges made it difficult to enjoy the entertainment in the lounges. Several high traffic areas from one point of the ship to another were through lounges seating. Go early, 30 minutes or more, to find a seat to minimize disruptions.

Don’t expect top notch quality service. Enjoy the food and relaxation. AcquaClass is worth it for dining experience in Blu but other amenities are overrated

The celebrity app is constantly crashing, and not workign well. It didnt' update and the chat feature was not working well.

Check your room statement daily to avoid added charges that add up that do nor belong to you and were charged in error.
