This cruise was a perfect winter getaway. The stops off the ship were fun. The entertainment and activities on the ship were also a lot of fun. The staff was very attentive everywhere you went. The bands were great. The shows were great.

The food and drinks were all delicious. Very fresh. Did not feel the need to pay extra for the specialty restaurants. The food quality and variety was perfect in both the main dining room and the buffet.

We participated in the game shows, trivia, pool party w/band, Abba singalong. Everything was very organized and fun.
Entertainment

The shows were amazing. Did not watch the comedian - not really a fan of that. The silent disco was super fun. Mari was fantastic! So glad we saw her perform the first night. She was sick and had to cancel the rest of her performances.
Service and Staff

Service was great. If we asked someone something and they did not know the answer, they went to find someone who would. Every member of staff looked you in the eye and said hello. It was very nice.
Ship Quality

The ship was constantly being cleaned and picked up. Never felt like anything was dirty. As soon as someone got up from a table on the buffet level, someone was there to pick up the dirty dishes and clean the table quickly so someone else could sit. This was great because it was always so busy there.
Cabin / Stateroom

For a small, inside room, the amount of storage space to put all of our things was amazing. We never felt cramped. Even the shower was bigger than I've experienced on other cruises.
Ship tip
Definitely look at the app for the daily planner. It was a great tool to find out what was going on.
We did not get to do a lot in Miami due to troubles getting there from Chicago, but we did have a nice afternoon at Bayside Marketplace before we headed over to the ship.
The hospitality in Mexico is always great. We took a short cab ride to Carlos & Charlies beach. For a $20 entrance fee we received a drink, a nice spot on the beach under umbrellas, kayak and snorkeling. It was a lot of fun and very reasonable.
