Review summary

We expected a higher quality of service than Royal Caribbean but this cruise fell short. They didn’t have the attitude to go beyond to make you happy. Whiskey/Bourbon was out at Sky lounge instead of getting it from another bar they said we will restock tomorrow. How do you run out on Day1. The shoulder shrugging and oh well attitude was not pleasing at movie events, Garden Spa area, couldn’t get 1 additional water bottle for meds by room attendant though we have drink package and we suffered from dehydration.

Spa closed early while we were still inside at 7:30 it closes at 9pm what a bad experience

Entertainment

Entertainment left more to be desired. Up level the musicians and more stage performances. Would be beneficial. Movies with no popcorn it’s little things that matter.

Blu restaurant staff was top notch. Sky lounge bar was not customer pleasing. Spa area host was not customer pleasing, ie they ran out of water in spa and Dr Frank did not have urgency to have it replenished in the sauna. He did a spa tour instead and we had to wait and ask someone else. Reji the bio review staff wanted to sell supplements instead of bio review when he realized you weren’t buying he just rudely left. Guest Relations kept inputting the credit code incorrectly in system so for 4 days we had embarrassing transactions for ship purchases. Spa staff and cleaning staff shut down spa earlier than scheduled while guest were in spa rooms.

AcquaClass Balcony was rather small for this class as well as half of a loveseat

Ship tip

Don’t expect top notch quality service. Enjoy the food and relaxation. AcquaClass is worth it for dining experience in Blu but other amenities are overrated
