It was a nice short cruise for someone who did not have enough time to take a full cruise. It did feel kind of silly to be sailing around in circles on the CA because we were so close to the Bahamas and Miami but it was nice to get away for a few days. I would not recommend paying the upgrade for concierge class. It was a bunch of fluff with no real substance. we did not feel like any of the extra amenities were worth the cost. Also, check celebrities website for actual room dimensions before you book with . I was told we would have a full balcony and they were not accurate. However, on celebrities website, it did list which balconies were not full-size. I regret not checking with Celebrity first.

AWESOME service, very comfortable bed, talented performers, great food selection. I just think karaoke is a must for a cruise, and more events for age groups 21-30 since the cruise appeared more catered to older folk.

We would definitely cruise Celebrity again. It is excellent.

Patrick the room attendant was amazing. He was eager to make it a perfect and enjoyable experience.

We wanted a short stay relaxing getaway and that's what we got. There is really nothing wrong with the Summit but I have enjoyed some of the other Celebrity ships better and next time would pick differently.

Love Celebrity. Always good food and service as well as entertainment. Fun lounges. Spa cafe in the solarium was very nice. Liked the intimate feeling of a smaller ship

This cruise was a perfect winter getaway. The stops off the ship were fun. The entertainment and activities on the ship were also a lot of fun. The staff was very attentive everywhere you went. The bands were great. The shows were great.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food in the main dining room and the Oceanview Cafe were beyond my expectations. The burgers poolside were delicious. The shows were exceptional. Overall experience for a 5 day cruise was excellent.

Last year we did a cruise with Norwegian. No theater rooms. Had to reserve spots. Didn't get to see any shows. Celebrity was great! Plenty of shows and things to choose from. Didn't get board

We have sailed many times with Carnival Cruise . Wanted to give celebrity a try but your cancellation policy/celebrity switched our excursion really put a bad taste in my mouth for our first cruise with celebrity

We had a wonderful time. had everything planned perfectly. And we never miss a meal at Tuscan when on board! Thank you Alma Gardam

Great staff specially at the main restaurant. They are very attentive

The cruise was from Miami to Cozumel. Overall it was a great experience, with highlights from the exceptional staff & the entertainment options ( esp: the theater performances)

After being on 77 cruises.this is my second time on Celebrity. The service is good but all amenities are average and I hate that they charge for amenities that are free with other cruise lines. I didn't like that.

We expected a higher quality of service than Royal Caribbean but this cruise fell short. They didn’t have the attitude to go beyond to make you happy. Whiskey/Bourbon was out at Sky lounge instead of getting it from another bar they said we will restock tomorrow. How do you run out on Day1. The shoulder shrugging and oh well attitude was not pleasing at movie events, Garden Spa area, couldn’t get 1 additional water bottle for meds by room attendant though we have drink package and we suffered from dehydration.

We expected a large amount of families with children on this cruise and we weren't disappointed. If you don't want to be around children while cruising then don't book a cruise on this ship when kids aren't in school. We enjoyed the Summit but we won't be booking another cruise on this ship during holidays or peak cruise season because of the way the passenger traffic flows.

I have been Cruising since 1997. Since my first Cruise on the RCCL Monarch of the Seas, Celebrity (owned by RCCL) has been portrayed as the ultimate in Luxury Cruising for Service and Experience. My experience for this cruise is that it isn't much different than any other Cruise Line I have been on.

We had a great time on the cruise! The service was great and the food was excellent!

This was my first cruise and I couldn’t be more impressed. Even though, it was raining and we couldn’t visit Biminy, the days at sea were very pleasant and relaxing. Celebrity Cruises will be my top choice in the future

Overall, we are hooked on cruises and absolutely appreciated the great time we had. Booking an Alaska cruise now 😎 Celebrity does an outstanding job!
