Review summary
Kathy has endured a lot with my troubles and has been very patient, kind, and sympathetic... Kathy has helped us make our travels extraordinary. Our Celebrity cruise was better than outstanding, thanks primarily to her. I cannot say enough re her assistance and choosing the Royal suite on the Summit. Kathy will be our travel agent until she retires. Unfortunately, I already have her involved in fixing a chaotic disaster created by the on board future cruise team.
