Except for getting on and off things went very well. We really enjoyed meeting others. The waiters and room attendants did an excellent job. We enjoyed the entertainment and attended all shows. We played the games and thought the cruise director's staff did an excellent job. We felt goo even when we didn't win.

The sushi on the 5 was good. I really expected food to.be something special as i had heard the food was better then rc or princess. I would say from my experience it was not. Also i did not get to experience all the specialty restaurants on board due to the fact of muran being so bad. Presentation was nice but the flavor wasnt there by any means .

GREAT CRUISE AND GREAT SHIP (SOLISTE, CELEBRITY). THE CABIN WAS EXCELLENT, THE FOOD AND SERVICE ON THE SHIP WAS GREAT. THE SPECIALTY RESTURANTS, MURANO AND SILK HARVEST WERE GREAT IN SERVICE AND FOOD. THE SHIP WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE PEOPLE WERE CLASSY. THE CRUISE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I DID NOT TAKE A CAMERA OR ANY PICTURES DURING THIS CRUISE.

I was very impressed with Celebrity as I am a Loyal Royal customer and might have to make the change. The staff and food were amazing and even though they come in a little pricier than the others, the upgrade in service is worth the price!

Do yourself a favor and book with Kimberly at ext. 76048.... she cares about your experience and will get you the best cruise you could ask for...every time!! She is 3 for 3 for us!

If you've ever thought about going to Alaska - do it! Seriously - stop thinking and book your cruise now! It was so beautiful, the staff was so friendly and professional, and it was just a wonderful overall experience. We are in the process of booking our 2nd cruise now!

Overall we had a good trip because we made it fun. Celebrity needs to spend some money on upgrading the ship and adding alternative entertainment for the evenings.

Staff was great . They really tried to give us what we asked for. We booked another cruise for November to a warmer climate. We booked a suite for this cruise so I am looking forward to suite privileges.

Will definitely take another Alaska cruise but at a different port further north and hopefully make it back to Skagway. First time sailing on Celebrity but decided to book again while on the ship to another destination. Staff was pleasant, kudos to the captain for finding another port at the last minute when unexpected mudslide at Skagway closed the port, was really looking forward to the train ride. Also didn't get to Tracy Arm due to visibility but the captain took alternate path which was breathtaking as well.

It was an awesome cruise overall. I would have liked to have had King Crab legs one night. I also notice some of the glaciers have melted since 1996. The most beautiful site was cruising on the Tracy Arm Fjord!

I thought the cruise was great. The food was excellent without going to any specialty restaurants and the service was fantastic. I would have liked a few more activities while at sea and the pressure from the massage salon and waiters to upgrade was disappointing. Other than that everything was great.

This cruise was to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Our three kids and their spouses joined us, that made it very special. We all had a wonderful time making lasting memories.

Overall we enjoyed are cruise and the shows, music and Comedians. We will definitely sail again with Celebrity. The staff is very friendly and seem to be Happy with their jobs!!!

This was our first cruise so we can't compare but we were very happy with Celebrity and all their service. We splurged by going with a balcony and upgraded to Concierge Class. We felt that those perks really added to our experience. I would highly recommend this cruise

Excellent. Everyone enjoyed it. Our main dinner room attendant and room attendant was excellent. They are probaly the best attendants I have had so far. Food from buffet could be better.

Perfect balance of sightseeing and rest, great food, opportunity to meet new people, even if just for an evening or a chat. On board entertainment could be better.

Celebrity beats Princess and Royal Carribbean....food was much better...but not sure my evaluation is valid since it's been 15 years since I sailed with them! Staff was exemplary!! Truly service-oriented!!! I'll stick with Celebrity!!
