Nice sightseeing Alaska for the first time. Cruise ship entertainment geared more towards senios. Food variety/quality was okay, not great.

First time.on Celebrity. I actually expected it to be as good as Princess, but it wasn't.

Five stars for the Martini bar staff. Four stars for our room lady. Waiters seemed confused and all.over the place - I would give them 2 stars.

Ship tip

Bring your disinfectant wipes for your stateroom. We saw some areas that could have needed a little improvement, so we always bring disinfectant wipes everywhere we go.

It's not friendly when it comes to getting an Uber or Lyft. No reception to request one. We saw them all the way in the back as we departed in a more expensive transportation vehicle.

Disembarkation

Chaotic once we got to retrieve our luggage. They had placed one of them with the wrong group number, so we had to look all over the place and it delayed our departure.

In the old days, I recall Celebrity being as good or better than Princess. After recent cruises with Celebrity, I agree with you that they weren’t. I thought the Solstice was a good cruise but the food, service, entertainment, etc was just a small step down from a comparable Princess ship.

We haven’t cruised since 2019 and out last on Celebrity was 2015. We’ve always liked Celebrity best even though we’ve loved all our cruises. Everything about them was A+ but again, that was before Covid. I still hear more good than bad though. Sorry you didn’t enjoy.
