Review summary

It was more than i expected....crews were friendly and professionals ....ship is immaculately neat and clean not to mention our stateroom.... the only disappointing on this cruise was the internet connection ....i did use their ILounge to get into my email ...created an account and chose rate per minute.... I was charge for 10 minutes or so for nothing....I wasn't able to get into my email ...it took me 2-3 minutes to get into a site or window....other than that...all is well ....

Ship tip

Don't use internet connection unless charges will only apply when task is completed. Do not check in luggage from the ship, carry them on your way out of the ship....it me and my cousin about an hour and half waiting to get our luggage at the pier.

Glad you enjoyed your first cruise.   Starting with a Celebrity Solstice  class ship is starting in style at the top end of the major lines.

For internet I carry my tablet or Chrome book with me into port,  you can find free internet at a cafe or coffee house in almost all ports.   Ship inter net is very bad on most ships.   RCI has new internet going into the new ships and Carnival is putting better internet into some of it's ships.

Hi raq84,

Thank you for posting your review!  For a first time cruiser, you picked a great line. As for Internet connectivity, it is a problem on every line, every ship that we've ever been on. The problem seems to start with the satellite connection and it goes downhill from there. I'm not sure you are going to find better anywhere else.  Happy cruising!
