Review summary
This was a great cruise with a fantastic itinerary! The ship is well kept and very clean. The service at the bars and main dining room were not up to par though which left us disappointed. Service in the Specialty restaurants was excellent! Food in the main dining room was very bland and nothing special. Getting a drink on this ship was at times almost impossible. Each bar didn't feel like it had enough staff and did not seem to be stocked with popper necessities. How does a Martini Bar run out of glasses after being open after 45 mins? We watch countless people walk away because they were not being acknowledged or served. Around the deck area we had to track people down to order drinks and a lot of the staff appeared like it was their first day working with drinks. Not to worry though, service kicks up a few notches when its guest comment card time which I feel is a bit tacky. We still had a great time though!
