We had a great time and got to know a lot of wonderful people. Having four ports of call kept us busy, but, we had plenty of time to relax. Like many others on board we did not want to leave, the true sign of a great vacation.

The staff was excellent and helpful at every turn. They remembered my name after only a few interactions. The service made the experience the best!

This was a great cruise for a first time cruiser. The staff is exceptional and truly committed to giving guests a great experience.

From embarkation to disembarkation we truly had a wonderful week. The memories afforded us will stay with us for a long time to come!

Overall, wonderful experience. Thank you Celebrity for a great family vacation. JOE the director of the food service on the 10th floor was beyond kind to our family, always greeting us, remembering the activies we went to and following up while suggesting more. He was able to schedule our family of 6 and baby together for the LEPETIT dinner and went ABOVE-AND-BEYOND to help us and others as well. Our servers in the main dinning (table 340) were syiful and phillis and they were a great pair and very hospitable, kind and wonderful to be served by. Kennedy and barrington in the bar area by the pool were great too and made the best drinks for us! The Activiites Directors had tons of energy and were enjoyable to watch. Great Cruise!

I want to say I had the best time of my life and I wished I hadn't waited this long to cruise. I thanked everyone I saw before I left for making my 1st cruise the best cruise. Thank y'all 😊

I feel that when you go on vacation everyone forgets to bring stuff. We could have gone in dining room, once you sit down no one knows what your wearing. Your on vacation, stuff isn’t cheap, we had to fly, more money and then rejected from the dining room. We were not happy about that. But we will be back

Epic!! Such a fun ship and crew. Food was great and service was so warm and impeccable. It felt like family.

Some problems at beginning of cruise, sauna, steam etc in Persian Garden not working and Spa staff did not seem to know how to correct the problems. All in all a very enjoyable cruise and as the week progressed everything improved greatly including the Concierge and other Staff addressing concerns very efficiently.

We had a great vacation and plan to sail with Celebrity again in the very near future. The Caribbean was everything we hoped for and Celebrity made the experience worth it. Couldn't be happier with our vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation with the Celebrity Infinity in the Western Caribbean leaving from Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale).

traveled alone as my first cruise and it was fun. i knew it was an older boat, but as a last minute trip, it was awesome.

We love Celebrity! They made it so easy to enjoy our vacation onboard! We loved everything they had to offer, the terrific service, the solarium, the variety of places to hang out, and offshore opportunities. We hope to go again soon to do the Eastern Caribbean next time!

I must say that I got no help from my travel agent other than my booking. I will not use WTH again. I was pulling my hair out at the end trying to get info about the covid testing. I wound up calling Celebrity itself for info. We were supposed to be Concierge. We didn`t see anything until the third day. Iam diamond plus with RC which meant Elite for Celebrity. It didn`t matter until day4.I asked for my friend`s birthday to be celebrated on day 2. It wasn`t, If I hadn`t brought things myself, nothing would have been done. Disappointing!!!!

Very disappointed. The wi-fi was terrible. In fact, hardly ever had it. short staffed

We ate in Blu as we were Aqua Class. The service in there was horrible due to not enough staff. Three hours for dinner and almost 1 hour for breakfast. Never offered juices or danish until last 2 days. Several nights ship officers were called to help clean tables, put on table linens and glasses. Food temperature often not up to standard. Favorite server Winnie. Oceanview Cafe left a lot to be desired. Food temperatures were always cold for hot food. Tried to avoid as much as possible. Loved Al Bacco, coffee bar. Coffee always hot. Would take our coffee from here into breakfast.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This was only the 3rd time out for the Infinity since the Covid shutdown, and I think that it showed in some aspects of the service and food quality. These were all new ports for us, and a couple of them weren't that great. Celebrity gets excellent marks from us on: - Entertainment was excellent. - Air department was exceptionally helpful. We booked our flights through them and they really stepped up when one of our flights was cancelled. -

Very uncharacteristic of Celebrity! Shame on them!

We know how good Celebrity can be and this clearly was an exception to the normal standards of excellence. The ship appears to have been rushed to return to service and the crew appeared to be understaffed and inexperienced. Almost every part of this cruise was below expectations.

Worst dining experience and food not as good as previous cruises. Could not get a cup of hot coffee and food was not hot.
