Review summary

We ate in Blu as we were Aqua Class. The service in there was horrible due to not enough staff. Three hours for dinner and almost 1 hour for breakfast. Never offered juices or danish until last 2 days. Several nights ship officers were called to help clean tables, put on table linens and glasses. Food temperature often not up to standard. Favorite server Winnie. Oceanview Cafe left a lot to be desired. Food temperatures were always cold for hot food. Tried to avoid as much as possible. Loved Al Bacco, coffee bar. Coffee always hot. Would take our coffee from here into breakfast.

Long lines. Computer problems. I had submitted all covid information. Clerk could not find information and had to ask another clerk to borrow his as hers was locked up. Found all information on his computer.

Food and Dining

Blu needed help. Long wait for dinners. Food not right temperature by the time we received it. Buffets were horrible. No taste and cold food. Ate at main dining room for lunches when open. Food served at right temperature but bar service was lacking.

Onboard Activities

Went to pool most days. Went to Solarium 3 days. Pool was so dirty, easy to see, it was on the steps getting in and out. Refused to get in.

Stage shows were the best yet. Celebrity Infinity band was great.

Service and Staff

Waiters were almost nonexistent. Could not get service in Oceanview, pool or Cellar Master. Room steward did his job but upon arrival on Sat. had no towels, washcloths and one hand towel. After having traveled since 4 AM. we needed a shower. Promised to bring them to us. Never did. Reported a broken lamp. Reported warm temperature in room when thermostat was sat on the lowest level. None was fixed. Lamp just straightened and not fixed. Mirror on vanity had chemical streaks which were never cleaned. Looked to be cleaned with a spray that ran down and was never cleaned.

Design of ship was nice. Easy to get around. Cleanliness was not good. Carpeting throughout the ship was worn.

Room was always warm. Black spot in shower the size of a large spider appeared to be mold. Water pressure in shower low. Towels were worn.
