Celebrity gave the address of the port but not the terminal number. This caused confusion for my son’s Uber driver and he ended up being dropped off at a terminal 45 minute walk away. Had to pay for a second Uber. Celebrity was short staffed (down 300) making the experience subpar to what we have encountered on other cruises. Found out on the last night that 100 or so crew members got COVID. Two of our six family members got it too. Tested positive the day we got home. Had a great time despite the issues onboard. Crew was awe inspiring given the adversity they had to overcome.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Due to the ship being about 300 staff members short at the start of the cruise and about 100 more getting COVID on the trip bar service was the slowest we have ever had on a cruise. The first night dining room experience was a mess. Lines were extremely long for hours. We gave up at 9pm and went to the buffet. Later found out they were serving dinner until close to midnight. They made adjustments and the rest of the nights were better. I suggest choosing a dining time or making reservations through the app on the first day for the remainder of the cruise if you want a set dining time. Food was great and dining room staff did a great job serving in a timely manner considering the obstacles they had. Buffets were good, lots to choose from but know that they start to clean up 30 minutes prior to the posted closed time.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Utilized the pools, hot tubs, basketball court and fitness center. Crew did a great job of keeping them clean.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Shows were entertaining and selection was great!
Children's Programs
We didn’t utilize the children’s programs
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Despite being complained to and rudely treated by disgruntled customers the staff maintained a positive attitude and provided humble apologetic responses. We were consistently impressed by this. We hold the cruise line responsible for being ill prepared for this first cruise back on the Infinity. All staff we encountered with the exception of one bartender was amazing given the circumstances.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Staff did the best they could with cleaning up but there wasn’t enough crew to keep up with all the dishes around the pool areas.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Room was just right for what we needed. Plenty of storage.
Ship tip
If you want to have dinner in the dining room either choose a dining time or make reservations on the app for the whole cruise on day one.
Walked to Governor’s beach. Beautiful white sand beach with fewer people and no seaweed. On the walk back stopped at Jack’s Shack to get some Jerk Chicken.
I didn't catch what port you sailed from, but I took a Super Shuttle to the Miami port and he found it fine. He knew where to go once I told him my ship. Uber does give thier drivers tools for navigation. Anyway, Indin6is an old ship, so your experience does not surprise me.
