Review summary
The worst ship. I cruised over 25 cruises with Celebrity’s Solstice class ships & maiden voyage with Edge. Never complained & always we’re looking forward to cruise with them again. This was my first time on Millenia class Infinity. We thought we’re on worst Carnival ship. Ship is very neglected, poor maintenance, many of staff are not trained up to Celebrity’s standards or brought their service habits from other cruise lines starting from very top. Poor quality of food . Celebrity is always taking pride of their food & wine choices, but not on this ship! We got an impression that most of staff ( starting from very top) trying to sabotage this company. Sad...Don’t waste your money on “Infinity” & book any of Solstice class ships or beautiful Edge!Embarkation
