Best cruise so far. We felt like royalties. A beautiful ship.

Have cruised 9 times in the past. The Edge was wonderful. Would not hesitate to cruise on the Edge again. Captain Kate was wonderful. She truly loves her job. Well done Celebrity.

I went on this cruise not for the ports of call, but for the ship as I heard do much about it. Well the ship was unbelievable. The theater was high tech and the other venues were do inviting. I was on Deck 3 AFT was so very happy with the location and the cabin itself. What a great cruise it was!

As we have been to and stayed on this island many times in the past, it’s very sad to see the devastation that the two year ago hurricane has caused. Hope it gets back to where it was soon.

Celebrity Edge in general is average in providing activity.

We have rebooked another Christmas with the Edge for 2020

Missed information difficult to find in the ship!

The ship was our destination for this cruise and it surpassed our expectations.

I would definitely sail on Celebrity again but I think I would try the Solstice Class.

Celebrity has allot of work to do educating their customer service people and online as well. VERY DIFFICULT website to work through and the phone waiting time was never less than 40 minutes. When you wait that long you'd expect to get solid answers - but no!. One persons yes was another's no. My travel agent fared no better. She'd never been so frustrated in her career. Edge is no longer "new". They should have this portion figured out by now. Until I hear that they have - I won't be sailing with them again.

This was my first cruise on a Royal Caribbean ship. The embarkation was well done and set the mood for the rest of the week. The ship was fairly easy to navigate on, with plenty of options for food and shopping. I even learned to play a roulette game. Eden was a bit hard to understand, with one performer being described as my sister as an "intergalactic Cinderella." I will happily cruise with this ship again.

Not a ship I'll revisit. Captain Kate should rewrite her schtick and drop the "I'm a girl in a guy's job" inferences. We get it, she's qualified to captain a ship - now do it and get a new script.

The cruise was amazing. We didn’t even see it all. We are already looking to get back on the ship. 7 days isn’t long enough to do everything but I was okay with that.

The Celebrity Edge is a beautiful ship very modern and clean but what makes the experience amazing is the staff. This ship has incredible staff everywhere!!

It was a great cruise. The ship was amazing. It’s a shame that Celebrity’s sales department screws us out of over 1100.00 on our cabin. Price dropped and they wouldn’t not adjust the rate. What a shame .

Very nice ship with a very nice room. Overall it was a good cruise, however, lack of clocks and changing times made it hard to follow venues and open and closing of restaurants. Heard Celebrity was an upgrade from Royal, in some cases this is true, however, for the most part I found Celebrity lacking the personal touch. The Captains Club isn't as nice as Royal's Diamond Clubs. I'll stick to Royal Carribbean.

Good cruise with great service, food, and drink. Martini bar show was great entertainment. Not comfortable with Celebrity's marketing emphasis on LGBTQ community that is turning off many in the S community. If they want to have a separate cruise for that community (and they do) that is fine.

Beautiful ship in and of itself but will not be sailing on her again. May try another Celebrity ship but things need to change a bit on the Edge.

Overall the Edge suite experience was underwhelming compared to the suite experience on other Celebrity ships. Having an upscale, sophisticated, and private sanctuary for suites guest is great but the value and benefits are negated when you can't staff these areas properly or provide the basic amenities. Total suites for Edge is 176 vs. 50 for the Summit or 66 for the Eclipse or 111 for Reflection. They did absolutely nothing to stand out or be exceptional. Compared to our Royal Suite on the Summit for example our concierge provided us with our picture with Captain Kate in Michael's thanking us for being Captain Club members and suite guests. It was great to have a sail away on the heliport for all suite guest once during that cruise.

The Edge delivers. Its a new concept that redefines main dining areas, new types of entertainment and an architecture that provides notable private space if you want it. The Retreat Lounge area for suite dwellers is an all inclusive area providing a private pool, hot tub, bar, and pool food/drinks. Great staff look forward to giving you a great vacation experience.
