Was my first time cruising on Celebrity. Overall amazing experience. The shows in the theater were amazing. Beautiful scenery. The staff were really friendly.

It was our best and would go back again tomorrow. We plan on it soon

Wonderful first cruise to Alaska aboard Celebrity Eclipse out of Vancouver, BC. May 2019.

I loved this cruise. It was our first Celebrity cruise and we will definitely go on another of their cruises again. Sea days and port days were equally enjoyable and that has a lot to do with the ship and it’s staff. The ports of call were amazing. Each beautiful in its own way. The vibe, from scenery to dinner dressing options, were casual and allowed you to just enjoy the whole trip with serenity and wonder. No doubt will come back to Alaska cruising again. It is very clear now why people do this cruise over and over again!

Not enough seating at the buffet. It was a struggle finding seating especially at breakfast. The dinner service was very slow in the formal dining room with 2 hours on average and ended up going to the buffet. The port at Hilo, Hawaii was a dump. No tourist areas or shops. Ended up staying on the ship.

We thoroughly enjoyed our (3rd) cruise with Celebrity! The Officers and Crew seem genuinely engaging and interested in helping you have a wonderful vacation. There are many offerings to choose from everywhere. It is your choice. During this cruise we enjoyed the contrast between 5 busy days in port in Hawaii and 5 days sailing across the Pacific. It is so sad to leave the ship--but we're currently planning 2+ more cruises with Celebrity.

Great time while onboard, but embarkation and disembarkation were both disappointing and frustrating.

Overall a very good experience. This was our first time on Celebrity and we were quite happy. We received some very good discounts for being over 55 (nearly 1000.00 per person). Compared to some of the other options I looked at for less days, this was a good deal. The ship was beautiful and well kept. Not many children on board and those that were well behaved, which made in very nice. I would definitely consider sailing with Celebrity again.

Overall we were very pleased. Yes, there is room for improvement. We would most definitely cruise on the Eclipse again.

Had a wonderful time. We were celebrating our 40th. Had informed our agent and also informed Celebrity, however, unfortunately, they did absolutely nothing to help us celebrate. Our room steward found out and did a little something for us, but nothing else happened. Funny as they ask you in advance if you are celebrating anything and then when you tell them nothing happens. But that's okay because we still enjoyed the cruise anyway.

Fabulous Staff, beautiful ship. Crew and staff were fabulous. Theatre shows were among the best we have seen at sea. Theatre has plenty of seating for handicapped. As well, dress code in the MDR was strictly enforced which was very nice to see.

We had a wonderful cruise. The ship's staff were excellent and saw to our every need.

Fantastic cruise. We had a fantastic relaxing crossing to Hawaii.

Amazing cruise and amazing crew. Really enjoyed every minute. This was our first cruise and the Eclipse didn't disappoint. It's a beautiful ship that I completely fell in love with!

First time on a Celebrity cruise. Really enjoyed the ship. Will not go back to South America, did not enjoy the ports. Stay was great, food pretty good. Entertainment could have been better,

We loved this cruise. Booked another Celebrity cruise next spring. Everything was just perfect. Weather, ship, food, drinks, entertainment and travelling.

I was excited for this cruise, but once I got on and had a few days at sea I found to be very bored. There were not enough activities and entertainment on board. I felt I was sitting around a lot and not very excited. My group ended up getting off in Santos because we couldn't take another two days at sea with no entertainment. It's sad that we felt that way. The ship has so much potential, but not enough activities to do onboard. We also spoke with the cruise director and he said this ship was geared towards an older crowed.
