Excellent service in MDR, Buffet and Specialty Restaurants. Murano, Tuscan Grill and Sushi on 5. Andreas in MDR was awesome! The Special Dinner with our Excursion in Anchorage was very nice. Surf and Turf. :-) Breakfast Room Service most mornings was good and on time.

Comedians were great, the shows we went to were very good and Alejandro our Cruise Director was lots of fun. Love the Wedding Show. Band and musical guests were awesome.
Service and Staff

Salvado and Nicolas at the World Bar were exceptional and received a nice tip and personal note for their service which was above and beyond our expectations. Martini Flight at the Martini Bar was quite the experience. Edgar our stateroom 2110 attendant was awesome. Provided about and beyond service. Andreas our MDR main waiter was outstanding and fun to work with. Lloyd was our exceptional waiter at 3 specialty dining events and received an extra tip each time. Bhavana in the Specialty shops provided the best customer experience I've ever had! Truly Amazing!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

Perfect size, Great Balcony and furnishings, Fully functional for 2 people and enough storage for an Alaskan Cruise. Cold and warm weather gear.
Ship tip
Hard to pack for Alaska but don't over pack. I was able to get a nice spring/rain jacket in Ketchikan for ~$25 US.
Would be 5 Stars however the Endicott Arms - Glacier was a bust because of safely concerns which is understandable. We have Sunny days except the final sea day which caused multiple small Ice Burgs at EA and forced us to retreat.
Short time to visit the town due to an afternoon excursion but I really liked this better than the other stops except Juneau. Saw Black Tail Deer, a Sea Lion, Sea Otters and a Brown Bear on our excursion.
Great train ride, watch out for Little Foot and the Rattle Snake :-). Played with puppies and sled dogs and panned for gold. $16.74 worst of gold. Not bad compared to most.
My wife's favorite. Saw 2 Bald Eagles from our Balcony Deck immediately. Saw 10+ bald Eagles on the bay near shuttle drop in town. The Office Bar and Local Brewery were nice, however we were to early in the season for fresh crab. :-(
Kathy's Crab Shack was awesome. Crab Bisque and Crab cakes. Alaskan Brewery and store in town were both very good. Tried to get to Red Dog Saloon but always a line. Went to several other Saloon's without wait or issue. I wife found me 2 specialty Whiskey's in town which I'd been searching for over 5 years. What a blessing and surprise!
