It was wonderful. Something for everyone. We had a party of 9.

Overall it was great! After the first day with the threatening security guard interrogation by Nevil ) who also refused to show us supposed tapes he had) then the wrong excursion in the caymans with the rude worker named Kate at the desk who basically said it was our fault when clearly it was a glitch in the link and we didn’t realize until we were ON the excursion. Plus everyone else on the boat thought we were going to starfish island as well . This proving it was a glitch in the link through carnivals shore excursions....We missed out on that and a lunch and an extra hour.🤬 After that, all was good. This trip was a gift to our cousins and their family who have never been on a cruise and I was a little embarrassed at the two mishaps. *OVERALL BEST CRUISE DIRECTOR MATT!!! I have been on 16 cruises and by far he is the best on the 7 seas!!

Way too many unsupervised young children on this vessel. Myself & other passengers expressed constant concerns about their safety. Some kids were rude & played pranks, especially with the elevators. Carnival should have a curfew in place & kids under a certain age must be with a guardian at all times unless they are enrolled in Camp Carnival. If a young child is alone on the ship, a staff member should be able to ask where their guardian is, call the stateroom, etc. There are security cameras & personnel so I wonder how things got so out of control. So sad.

Dinio was wonderful steward. He took special care of us. Slaven did a great job in the restaurant. Matt was fantastic cruise director.

A let down after 18 cruises on "beautiful" ships! Wouldn't sail on it again!

I really enjoyed this cruise. I'm planning the next one already. The staff did an excellent job. Matt, the Cruise Director, is very funny and personable. The ship was too big for me but still enjoyable.

Thunderstorm at embarkation. Other than that, it was a quite relaxing float. Made all ports. Weather was great. Nice ship. Did the Behind the Fun Tour, highly recommend it. Very informative and see much of the ships function, the kitchen, storage, and Especially enjoyed the Bridge. Got to ask the ship Captain questions. And photo ops.

We went for our honeymoon, we stayed busy from breakfast til like 2 am every day! I wasn't ready to get off the ship and return to "regular life!"

Overall a great trip. My husband and I have been before, but we took 3 of our adult children for their first cruise and they had a wonderful time. They stayed in a room with the big window but want a balcony the next time. We stayed across the hall. Staff was great, food was great. Ready for another one.

We probably will not go out of Galveston again. We had to wait over 2 hours in line in the rain to board the ship do to some problem with the gangplank. We were never informed of what the problem was. I called Carnival customer service after standing in line forever and they did not know anything but they did put me on hold and check to see what the issue was. That is when I was informed about the gangplank People had not eaten lunch with the plan of eating once the had boarded so everyone was thirsty and starving. The vending machines were running out of snacks and people were ordering food from Waiter.com and having it delivered to them while the waited in line.

Suppose to have 1400 staff on ship and had a staff member indicate that there were only about 1100 staff on ship.. They were 300 short for the cruise, makes sense after the service for the bar areas where typically staffed only by 1 bartender for the Havana bar which has a inside and outside bar area, when out of Miami there did not seem to be that issue again it seems to be a decline in service for Carnival(money, money, money!)... Always had to find the bartender to get a drink...

Kudos to Matt the cruise Director, great personality that got everyone engaged.

about same as other western carribian cruises. need more variety

I think this might be my last cruise. It just wasn't so much fun on board the ship like it use to be on Carnival ships. Nothing fun in the pool area except for the water slides. There use to be contest around the pool that were so much fun, none of that on this ship. The various bars that had singers were terrible. The piano par was just awful. The comedians were good.

A wonderful first experience wouldn't change it for anything in the world staff and crew were amazing and oh so helpful. Special Thank you to Joner our steward, Stacy, Captain Patrick, Emmanuel and Jose of Splash Wave Tours.

Amazing wait staff in the dining room and room steward was amazing. Our room was only setup for two when we arrived which was a bummer because we had to wait the casino was horrible with their service on getting drinks.

We will not book a cruise again with Carnival. They're not horrible but if you come expecting "Mercedes-level" of quality, pampering and beauty you're going to be shocked to find you instead are on board a Chevy.

The cruise was great. The staff and personal were great.the service was great. The food was excellent. I will tell all my friends and family. And I would like to thank you for the tribute you gave for all military personnel. Thank you very much.

We were very relaxed and recharged after the cruise. This was my first, but won't be my last!

We definitely want to sail on the Vista again! The days at sea were well balanced with the days in port. The ship is fun and beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional. The food was much better than we've had on other cruise lines and there is a happy party feel to the ship. I have no complaints about any of the cruise from the wonderful ship to the fun shore excursions. It was all perfect and a wonderful, relaxing vacation.
