This was about what I expected. Ship needs a redo but I didn't want to spend my entire time on the ship. I enjoyed the Serenity Deck which was beautiful and quiet. Get there early. Balcony room is small. Bathroom is plastic. Entertainment is ok. Food so so with some exceptions. Lots of pressure to buy things at shops, but easily resisted. Staff and crew were great. Excursions were the best part and I loved both. The experience of being at sea was excellent. I had a terrible experience getting on the ship where I was felt up UNDER my bra and my breasts commented on because I was suspected of having some kind of illegal substances, which I absolutely did not have. I am sure it was just because someone wanted to feel my breasts. Otherwise, it was as expected.

Overall, it was an OK experience, but I definitely would not cruise on the ship again. Our first day was extremely rough with even the staff commenting on how bad it was. Like I said previously, things were very outdated, but everything was clean and mostly well cared for. The only negative experience we really had was with the spa who was extremely pushy and then Added an extra gratuity charge that we did not authorize so we had to go back for them to reimburse it.

over all we enjoyed ourselves, getting on the boat was awful, but once on we enjoyed ourselves. there were many things that could have been better but we made the best out of it.

Despite the ship being old and in need of repairs and updating, we enjoyed the cruise very much. We never had to fight for an area to relax and didn't have to use the elevator much. Our cabin was in a great location... 2 floors below the buffet and poolside!

We all had a wonderful time overall. Ship is outdated and needs some creature comfort upgrades in the staterooms...need more bartenders at all the bars.

Starting with good, the Captain kept us away from the Hurricane. $11.80 is no compensation for not going to a port. Carnival is short sighted, their focus in on short profit and not customer satisfaction. I was tired of saying no thank you. Duty free alcohol may be well priced, but jewelry, services and clothing are overpriced.

The cruise experience outside of my assigned cabin was excellent.

Great time, we did experience 2 night were our neighboring cabins play music too loud in the early morning hours (1-4am) and partied a little too hard in their room. This was the worst experience on the ship for me. The employees were all amazing. I wished Carnival, maybe it’s all cruise ships, wouldn’t nickel and dime for everything. They offer a drink package, if you buy drinks individually there is a “service charge”, just call it tips as it’s misleading, we want to take care of the employees. Offer a picture package. Budgets are important to families on vacation and getting all of this info up front would better help sell these services. Overall a great cruise and well entertained.

It was okay but the ship needs to be updated more I think.

We loved seeing Mexico and all of the relaxation on the Ship at Sea days. Carnival is excellent for great service! We will use them again!

The only thing I thought wasnt worth the extra we did was the Thing 1 and 2 birthday breakfast.

The ship was a way to get from point a to point b. The food was not great, nor were the drinks. Staff were pleasant but did not try to develop rapport. Too much selling. Activities in Mexico were great.

My family really enjoyed the Carnival Cruise. The next time we come we will have many more family members. This was the first time the kids were old enough to remember the cruise. I liked the fact there were clubs for the kids. The food was great and plentiful. The room was very comfortable. I look forward to another great cruise in the future.

Cruise was okay for a really old ship. Definitely need more kids' activities though.

Great, short cruise from NOLA to Cozumel. We've been on this several times and it is always fun and relaxing. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The port are great too. Only wish the ship had been updated.

Overall, Carnival does not disappoint if the traveler is interested in an abundance of food, outstanding entertainment, cleanliness, variety of activities and great crew.

Had an amazing time with my husband my daughter 20 my son 17 and twin boys 6 this was our first cruise and I was able to actually relax and everything exceeded my expectations and worries I had before going I miss it already

I had a great peaceful time, which was my goal. I didn't partake in much activity as I wanted to rest but my family did and enjoyed themselves.

This was our families first cruise. Will try a larger ship with more amenities next cruise.
