Starting with good, the Captain kept us away from the Hurricane. $11.80 is no compensation for not going to a port. Carnival is short sighted, their focus in on short profit and not customer satisfaction. I was tired of saying no thank you. Duty free alcohol may be well priced, but jewelry, services and clothing are overpriced.

Dining room food was a mystery. Nothing stood out. The buffets was full of people trying to sell you drinks and very little help. I spent my meals saying NO Thank for the drinks they were selling for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Everything looked worn. Balcony had a lot of rust and the chair looked like they should be replaced.
Ship tip
Bring your empty water bottle and be prepared to say No thank you a lot.
Homelessness is problem, the smell of Marijuana is all over Bourbon ST even though it is illegal.
Cafe Reconcile is very good for lunch. Snug Harbor had good food. Jazz was good but the place is small and the chairs are uncomfortable. Bless your food because the vents are filthy.
RC refunded their cruisers for missing ports. Maybe try them next time. I stayed so sick I'm not booking during hurricane season anymore with any cruise line. ha ha.
Most ships have a little rust on their balconies after a year or so in service. They don't owe you anything but your port fees back for missing a port.... Sorry you had a bad cruise... I have never had a bad one out of 15 so far.
