First cruise I was a complete nervous wreck now I wish I’d never gotten off the boat

Review summary

Had an amazing time with my husband my daughter 20 my son 17 and twin boys 6 this was our first cruise and I was able to actually relax and everything exceeded my expectations and worries I had before going I miss it already

Buffets could’ve used different food for lunch or supper breakfast was good but lunch and dinner were the same every day and not that good

On movie night we were on the top level above the pool and in the middle of the movie they made us get up with 4 kids my husband and I and move and their were no available seats for my kids and us to finish the movie

My younger kids did not do the camp ocean kids were just sitting on the carpet hardly any involvement with staff my older 2 are 17 and 20 not much for them to do together

Our room attendant Oscar was absolutely amazing my older kids were in the room next to us and he knew our names the first day he made my twins smile every time we saw him and he helped me keep track of the older 2

Deposit cash onto ur sail and sign account instead of linking your credit or debit card that way u know exactly what u have and they can’t charge all different crazy amounts I departed on the 17th of May 2024 I have yet to receive my funds taken and this is the end of May

Was not impressed we actually did get off the boat and walk down the pier but we were surrounded by absolutely nothing but a big construction barrier and u had to travel very far for any excursions some travel time was an hr there an hr back on a 3 hr excursion no beaches to walk to beautiful water but did not understand why we ported here

Glad you enjoyed your cruise, next time be sure to eat more in the main dining room and do go have Seaday brunch. We rarely eat buffet anymore.
