Review summary

Cruise was okay for a really old ship. Definitely need more kids' activities though.

Embarkation

Really good

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was good at certain restaurants. Of course, some were better than others.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Comedy show was good just hate that they did not have it on the last night. My daughter got dressed up for it; only for them to tell her once she got there that they weren't doing it. Other than that, the pools were fun when they weren't cleaning it.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The DJs were good and the comedy show.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
My daughter enjoyed the kid's club just hate that they only did build a bear only one night. We went to do it the next night, but it was not there anymore so they were disappointed by that.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great staff

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Everything was clean. Did not like that I had to walk the whole ship to get on the elevator in order to get to the other side.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Too small, but of course it is a stateroom. Very clean though.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Disembarkation

Horrible. This was pretty much our first cruise, so we were unsure how the exit process went. So, we went to guess services to find out but by that time it was too late. I think that it should be extended until at lease 12:00. Can not believe that we spent all of that money on this cruise only to have to carry out our own luggages. Plus, we had to dig through everything to find our birth certificates leaving out all while carrying and pulling luggage. Just horrible.

Thanks for sharing. Sorry you had so much you weren't informed on. Ask for a daily scedule in your cabin if you don't get one and be sure to attend any debarking gathering they have. The cruise director will explain the process. You can also catch it on your cabin tv.

Appreciate your feedback. Using the HUB you can look ahead to know what is scheduled (like Build a bear) in the future. Sorry for these disappointments.
