A lot of shows based on sex and when kids are allowed to come and go, once they are 12, it is a bit much.

This was my first cruise exprience and had a wonderful time. I can't wait to plan my next cruise trip.

We had a nice trip. This was our first cruise, and it was a great experience for the family. Trip length was just about right. Although we enjoyed ourselves, we will probably go back to an all inclusive resort for our next family vacation.

The trip was great we got everything out of it we wanted and more. The staff was friendly and interacted with everyone. Hope I can do it again soon.

We had a great and relaxing vacation

things seemed to be slightly different than our last cruise, it was difficult to tell when formal night was scheduled, I thought getting on and off the ship was more organized. For some reason it was not as easy to navigate around the ship as others and it was a complaint I had heard from other passengers as well.

Our Second Cruise on the Splendar this past week was pure joy and Sunshine. We can't wait to sail with the Splendar again, hopefully in December.

Ship was fine but the interior decorator should be shot! Public areas, restautants, passage ways looked like one bad decorating selection after another1 My eyes hurt from this clash of designs concept!

Overall we love our time on Carnival. We have not encountered anything with any of our cruises that would make us think that we should try another company. We have been on 2 previous carnival cruises on Glory and Paradise. This was our third. They set us up perfectly with our evening table group, by the end of the cruise we were all hanging out with each other most of the day and became close friends. This company is great for what you pay. We are a mid-twenty couple, so our vacation budget is probably a lot smaller then most, so we love Carnival for this reason.

it was my first cruise and I did enjoy it but I didn't enjoy the kids that were on board running and yelling all hours of the night. I think the parents should have taken control over that. Kids will be kids but even they should know when it is one o'clock in the morning some of us are trying to sleep. Other than that I had a good time.

Carnival should change their moto from "The Fun Ships" to "The ships where we pack as many people as we can into an environment where everything is designed to take your money and they crew is forced to up-sell everything onboard!"

Only two ports of call are not enough for a seven day cruise. Ship's staff did a wonderfull job except the dining room staff did not seemto know how to react when i told them my steak was over cooked.

The ship was decorated with pink zebra print.. The food was bad..The entertainment was mostly made up of people staying on the cruise.. There was limited activities on the ship..We have been on two other curise lines and we will not be returning to this company again.

We sailed on the Carnival Splendor on April 2011. We had a lot of fun, the kids loved it. We had a problem with our stateroom and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We stayed at an extended balcony room and it was well worth the extra money, we loved our balcony. The cons were the decoration and the partying crowd.

This has absolutely been the worst cruise I have ever taken, and I have done quite a few. It started with the embarkation, poor planning, long never ending lines by the time we got on the ship we were exhausted. Room was shaking all night felt like an earthquake every single night we reported it nothing was ever done about it no one showed up even after they said they would. The itinerary was cancelled at the last minute, it took three days to get to Cabos, what would otherwise take 1 day, however on the way back they sped up like mad making us sea sick. Food and service was despicable!!!!!! I would never ever recommend this ship or itinerary to anyone and also I can promise you that I will never be a passenger on carnival cruise lines!!!!

The ship is huge. The first day I was just trying to get my bearings straight with the layout but after that it was clear sailing. There was so much to do we never found ourselves board. I can't wait to go back on another cruise with Carnival.
