Expected a little better after cruising on the carnival dream a few years ago, waterslide was disappointing for the kids, wanted to play in the gaming area but was choking on cigarette smoke, staff were great especially in the coffee shop and restaurant. Not sure if I will continue with carnival, will be researching royal Caribbean cruises.

Had sun shine everyday great trip. Love wildlife and the food in the ports. Took the train ride outstanding views.

We so enjoyed seeing Alaska but not spending so much time on board. We decided we are more 7 day people rather than 14 day people.

This was a cruise to Alaska not Mexico so the above choices are not pertinent. We did visit , Vancouver B.C. , Icy Straight Point , Skagway , cruise of Glacier Bay , Juneau , Sitka , and Ketchikan. Those ports were amazing and would recommend to everyone.

Where do I start - I guess a few months before the trip (after final payments were made) when Carnival chose to change one port from Victoria to Vancouver and then completely altered the itinerary (with no explanation) which affected excursions. Other than our room steward, Richard, his assistant Aries, our head waiter I Gusti Made, and bar servers MoMo and Delia who were all awesome, the cruise was a disappointment and we will choose another cruise line for future cruises and suggest the same to friends and family.

The ports of call were excellent, and the excursions offered were amazing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and excluding the bed, comfortable. Food was delicious, but not offered very late. The ship itself was outdated in design, but pleasant.

This was a great trip, would go back to Alaska again!!

What can I say... It's Alaska... It's a wonderful and beautiful place to visit. Definitely going back!

On embarkation traffic into the port on our assigned time was horrible. After that it was a beautiful sailing. The crew were warm and freindly the ship was in good shape overall. We decided on assigned seating this crew and or staff was awesome and the food was good. We went to the steak house twice and it was awesome.

We had an amazing time on the Splendor. The ship was a good size and the entertainment was on point. There were so many different fun things to do and their Fun Crew really brought their A game to make the entire trip great. I got involved in more activities on this ship than I normally do and it really made the trip special.

Alaska Cruise is the best, of all our cruises. We will return using air, boat and or car so we can spend more time at each port. Carnival Journey Cruise is the way to go.

What a wonderful trip. We recommend to go now while you can enjoy all the activities and just plan to go again! It was the trip of a lifetime ...

The cruise itself was fantastic, food and staff were pleasant. The $ 100 Alcohol increment package is a rip off they will steal the balance and not refund or provide a credit. It is a shame that corporate policy is so off balance that they will forgo $ 40,000 in additional cruise's for $ 300.

We loved this cruise. Everyone had a wonderful time. We will definitely be going on another cruise!!

Didn’t really know what to expect from the West side of Mexico was surprised how much we really enjoyed all the stops

The tendering process could have been better in Cabo, We did not appreciate the 2 hour wait to get off the ship.

It was such a nice time, so affordable. The ship is clean, everyone works so hard to ensure we have fun. The staff is outstanding and always with a smile. Watch what you purchase, you may be surprised at the end of the trip.
