The first week the food was above average, but the second week was not so good. Most of our table of 10 did not return. Seems like they were inventing dishes.

Only negative was on the return to warmer waters a group of 45-50 were tossing around a small nerf football (aft pool) from hot tub to hot tub to upper decks when someone would yell to throw it up. Couples were laughing and it was fun until an over zealous security guard threatened us with disciplinary measures if we didn’t stop. Not handled well at all.

Definitely do the zipline in Icy Strait Point and pilots choice in Juneau. Fun excursions!

The White Pass Rail is beautiful but don’t waste your money on the gold dig excursion. You’ll get maybe 3 to 5 flakes and they do NOT put them in a glass vial anymore. They’ll weigh it and put it in a plastic 35mm film canister. You’ll pay over $200 for two and get maybe $20 back in gold. They give you a pre measured pan of dirt and pretty disappointing.

Buses were running late and people were cutting in line. Many were being very vocal about the situation. Very long wait.

This was one of our favourite cruise we just loved Alaska it was awesome planning on a return just some cruises you can do again this is one of them so glad you enjoyed also ....
