Review summary

The cruise itself was fantastic, food and staff were pleasant. The $ 100 Alcohol increment package is a rip off they will steal the balance and not refund or provide a credit. It is a shame that corporate policy is so off balance that they will forgo $ 40,000 in additional cruise's for $ 300.

The $100 alcohol option is a rip of, (my bad fine print), If you don't drink up all your money, they will keep it for me it was a theft of $ 300 dollars. I guess the gain of $ 300 for Carnival is a loss of $ 40,000 in future revenue between two couples, is a good deal for them.

This was my bad, now I buy soda package only and get a repurchased bottle. I did get this refunded VIA hard work by my personal cruise planner.

Just looked at Carnival’s website. If you buy cruise cash bar and do not use it it is non refundable. Limited to $500 per cabin......drink up! Last 14 day cruise we racked up a $1500 tab. Beverage package is a better choice for drinkers!
