Only our third cruise, two of them on Pride and enjoyed all three. Convenient for us since we live about an hour away. Will probably do Bermuda cruise next time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Liked the variety of food court, main dining room, and Steakhouse. At one breakfast with not many people seated yet we were put at a rectangular table for 8. My wife had already started to sit so I didn’t say anything. It was very uncomfortable but wondered why with the dining room so empty we were crammed into one table. Next time will say something.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pool, hot tub, fitness center. Small hot tub where 4 people would dominate the sitting for long periods of time. On aft deck lounge chairs and cabanas people would leave towels and wouldn’t show up for a long time. Carnival should enforce rule in place against doing this.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
All were excellent. We never attending these on our first two trips but realized we should have.

Children's Programs

No kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All very good from our steward to wait staff to food court people

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very clean, somewhat roomy, and good size balcony. The TV experience was terrible. Old movies that didn’t vary. 4 CNN channels but not the number 1 news channel (Fox), Channels that kept repeating information... Liked the ships position channel and a couple of for pay movies. The remote was very faulty and a replacement was also faulty.

Ship tip

Go to entertainment venues.

While in Bermuda do go and do the mini golf. It will blow you away. 18 holes designed like famous golf courses around the world. Does not have wind mills and the holes are like 80 yards long. Plus drinks every 6 holes.

Bermuda is wonderful! Have gone on both the pride and the Grandeur. Although storms reeked havoc on the first one :)

I love the Pride. I've met some really neat people on her.
