I enjoyed most of my ports. I did not enjoy The Carnival lack of customer service. I took this cruise for the ports I knew the service would be lack luster at best.

I found the buffet to be sloppy with very limited choices , no presentation and no hand sanitation enforcement. Dinning room service was sporadic and you had to ask for everything. I cruise a lot so I know what it should be like, also no hand sanitation enforcement in dinning room.
Onboard Activities

Very good fitness center, A lot of trivia which I do not like. Had good arts and craft classes

Very poor not a big selection of anything people working there act like they were doing you a favor. Stock very low the worst I have seen in my cruising history.
Entertainment

Good comedy shows other shows not worth your time. Never saw cruise director around ship only at shows. She never mingled with passengers. Television only showed one taped show Love and Marriage game for two weeks. No other ship show came on television I never seen anything like it in all my cruises
Service and Staff

good service from staff room steward was excellent.Waiters were hit and miss and room service was excellent. I found Guest Services to be a joke where you spent more time there than in your room.

I had a good room steward she did an excellent job. My room was comfortable, I liked the fact that water did not seep out of my shower it had a built up front.
Ship tip
I will not be using Carnival ever again. This was my fifth and last. They do not value their customers and customer service is not a priority . You get what you pay for. I cruise other lines anyway so I will be back on them. To many issues with Carnival.
