Stop cutting cost with staff and the food, not enough variety for everyone. You either eat what's there or eat pizza or get a sandwich. The staff appeared to be tired and unfriendly for the most part.

If you call a Cruiseonly rep, please be sure that rep provides you with the right description of the cabin you are about to reserve. And before you buy the Funship coupon book offered on board, please read the expiration date make sure it does not expire one month after!!!!

Ask at guest service to let you decide who gets tips and how for how much. I did this the last day, and although it didn't help with the service, it may make a difference if enough people follow suite. Maybe then they will get employees who actually want to be there.

Have bottled waters sent to your room before your cruise date through the Gift Services, this is inexpensive and will be delivered to your room. Ask your room staff to provide ice each morning.
