Hello,

I was very lucky to be able to join my sister and her new husband on this cruise, their honeymoon cruise, having cruised with my sister before I knew we would have a great time. Our dinner crew was fabulous, led by Phil we looked forward to our 6 Pm dinner nightly. We danced and sang and that was awesome. One night my sisters prime rib was fatty so they brought her another meal, very eager to keep her happy. Our room was always clean and I loved the towel animals! We ran daily off of the fun times and did as much as we could, bingo, trivia, art auction, main shows and comedy shows were excellent!!! My only complaint was my son was with us and he is an alcoholic, we tried to go to the 5PM meetings but no one was ever there. My sisters only complaint was that the midnight pizza wasn't cooked enough! She is not easy to keep busy and happy I say we had an awesome cruise. I would and have recommended carnival!! Thank you carnival!!

We enjoyed walking the track and all started our trip with a bamboo massage. So much to offer.

It was my first cruise too, and I was nervous because of all the reviews. I did a lot of research about the ship. There are a lot of videos on You Tube where you can see the inside of the ship and videos of food offered. After reading about Fast to the Fun I decided to purchase it. For me it was totally worth it. you get to enter the ship early, your room will be ready so you can drop your carry ons and you get your luggage in the room early. Also to disembark it was great. As soon as you get in you can head to the Lido deck for lunch or just go and explore the ship before it gets crowded. we did anytime dinning because I wanted to be outside when the ship went under the sky bridge (around 6:15 pm) that first day. if you are not interested in seeing the bridge then early dinning is better so that you can better enjoy all the shows. We enjoyed the adult comedy, the Epic Rock show, the 80's video show, bingo was super fun, there was so much to do, I wish I had more time. Now remember it is an older ship so its not going to have all the bells and whistles of the newer ships but after reading all the negative comments I was expecting something horrible, but I was really surprised at how well maintained it is and the crew is amazing. Just have fun!

GO with an open mind if you go looking for things to criticize you are going to find them. The ship is old but it is nicely decorated. Don't expect fine dinning food, but you will find a lot of choices and the dinning crew is awesome. Don't be afraid of asking for more than 1 appetizer or 2 main meals. They will be more than happy to bring it to you. For breakfast especially on the lido deck skipp the scrambled eggs and go for the ommelet station. Go and see the shows, if you have some money to gamble play bingo is really fun. It was our first time playing and we won $514.00. The first time we played we spent 20.00 and we didnt win but we had so much fun that we decided to play again the following day. This time spending 40.00 and we were the lucky winners. We went to the casino but we didnt play but it was fun watching people play. The adult comedy was great. Just enjoy yourself it is up to you to make the cruise enjoyable or miserable. For the value of this cruise and what you get it is totally worth it. I get upset when people buy a cheap cruise and expects first class service. If they are so accustomed to fine service I dont undesrstand why they are buying into this cruise. Just doing a little research you can find out that this is an older ship that does not have the bells and whistles of other bigger and newer ships. Hope you have a wonderful time the way we did.

Glad to see such good reviews, we are cruising for our first time in March on the Paradise and we are seeing a lot of negative things, nice to hear that people have been having good times....

We just got back from our Paradise cruise and we also had a great time. It was our first cruise and after reading all the reviews I was nervous. We loved the shows the crew was amazing especially the dinning crew. We also played bingo two times and the last night in the last game we were the winners.
